Least used unit?

I was wondering what people think is the least used unit in the game besides a god.

Off the top of my head.. I think that it is the Ark used by aramon.

grenadier

wisp

ark is used due to long transport range on some specific clifs maps
grenadier also on berms two times i played against that someone used (they explode which make them really hard to use)
wisps sometime i see used in multiplayer for fun only (game was losed or victoried so no one play seriously)
caged demon i hardly ever see (but he is often use compared to units up)
giant baracuda (hmm i think i see him one or three times many months ago)

i think it would be great competitve in world TAK least used units between giant baracuda, wisps, grenadier

Yes, the Giant Barracuda doesn't get used almost ever. But don't over-estimate the Ark. Having played on and off for 13 years, I hardly even see Newbies make them. Saw it made for the first time in a very long time about a week ago made by Thiago.

its hard to see arks because people love those flat grounded side vs side maps. transports up to 100 units and is quite tough, i think it has many uses but its generally overseen because it makes your mon busy for over a minute, when u could build the more popular war galley in half that time (or even faster with more builders)

* Caged Deamons are used as tier 1 Tower. They can be quite good on the top of a berm or behind a gate. You will see them used.

* The Ark is used by experienced players only, mostly due to its awesome transporting distance. I once beaten player1 & Zacdom in 2v2 (I had MalinOMW with me) by transporting my Elsin in and out a very important water cliff full of mana. Without the Ark, we wouldn't have beaten them. That was the only time in my life I managed to defeat player1 and it was because of the Ark, lol.

* Wisps are used by those players who know how to auto-launch their attack. It is also used for scouting, for creating air traffic (sometimes air traffic can be useful, especially against drops), or killing unprotected Lodestones (mostly in Cd/Dc maps).

* Giant Barracuda is very water-based to see much use. Being able to attack only water targets, its a highly specialist unit that kicks butts against both ships and Swampies/Merries, but it is useless in maps with few or no water at all.

* The most underused units are buildings IMO, and they are both Verunan. Pillar of Light and Floating Tower. However, people really underestimate Pillar's healing capabilities (and the fact Priest of Lihr has a healing aura isn't an excuse to overshadow a magnificent structure) as well as Floating Tower's ability to actually hit these submerged Swampies/Merries and kill them in 2-3 hits.

sorry to disappoint you but it was a 2v2 and i lost my mon to omw, and u have beaten me more 2v2s... nowadas i lose tons of team games not only because idc (i dont think, if my team wanna lose go ahead i dont care as much as before), but because im usually teaming a smurf who watches me the whole time instead of playing

but i do agree, that was a map where ark can be useful especially when u have the lead

and wisps' auto-launch is freaking hard lol

maybe some koreans are able to auto launch group of wisps, that would be amazing, band of raping wisps

best korean i saw was choi and he couldn't do that.

I think both units used the least both come from creon. Automation soldier, the tier 1 unit that walks. And their tier 2 storm trooper spark flinger. Mainly because creon is rarely used and when it is used most people do wagon/torts and Dino/or freeze dragons.

All those units that are not often used are used a lot in my mod It's a different type of game. That's why it's called The New Era! and it is playable online.

We already know about this mod and it is played by a lot of people, but single-player only (online, it has a few issues, like crashing and some bugs and other stuff). If you haven't become rusty, it would be a good thing if you could fix those things.
