anyway in campaign maps there are some parameters which probably not change* (didn't saw every map etc), i mean in .ota part file there are:
minwindspeed=25;
maxwindspeed=5000;
gravity=112;
as i know wind don't have anyeffect to units (maybe to units direction flag(e. mage builder, etc))
*i mean they always appear, so they are something available in engine but they are not use at all, or they are not "release" at end supposed version (it might be something as potiential future Cavedog (mod/patch/extension version) which never appear due to end of Cavedog
and its also look pretty TA style (wind is something important for wind energy plant in Total Annihilation
(maybe they just forgot to delete windspeed section etc)
