Hiatus.

I am going on a new adventure.  No more gaming for me for the amount of time it takes me to get my life back in order.  Thanks for the games and all the new players I have had the pleasure of meeting.  I just have no intention of playing another game with the attitude that I have had developed in this game.  I just simply need to re-learn how to enjoy myself.  I promise I will one day come back and in the meantime, I will keep in touch on the forums and Facebook.

I'm back.. well, at least just for a short time being for KOTH's sake. 

Your inspiring presence is a welcome one, indeed!

I know that I have not just recently thought to myself of taking another hiatus, but posted that I will do so as well.  I said that I would not only leave after the tournament, but I was considering leaving before it even really got rolling.  My train-of-thought was simply to better myself by not playing something that is just a game that I tend to treat like it's larger than life.  Not only that, but why spend money (in prizes) for something that I was just going to retreat from anyway.  Was almost a no-brainer to me.  

However, due to a recent notion of inspiration, I have decided to stay and the tourney must go on.  Granted that I drank too much over the holiday period, this is my 4th day of being sober again.  I can drink (the doctor says) but just very little and hopefully very spread out.  I'm intending to go the rest of the week without a drop of booze.  This game does help keep me out of trouble in real life, but sometimes I cannot find myself keeping out of trouble while playing this game.  I cannot seem to handle trouble very well. But, I thought to myself I also cannot run away from trouble every time it beseeches me.  Everyone deals with trouble and I cannot blame anyone out there for any trouble that I may feel that I must endure.  I just have poor mental health and I mean to do something about it.  So in the meantime, I will just pick and choose my own battles, and add going back to the gym in the meantime.  But, all in all, I really don't know what I would do with myself without this game!
