Unit Sounds Not Working - HELP!!

Hi,

So I have this weird issue going on at the moment.
Music on the menu and during gameplay work as normal.
However, the unit sounds disappear after the first few commands - clicking on them, action sounds and attacking/dying sounds etc
I have gone through all the settings, resetting and re-installing - nothing seems to work.
Anybody know how to resolve this?

Running version 4.1BB on Windows 10 Pro

Are you playing the regular game? Or, do you have a mod and/or any other 3rd party file included?
