This attribute is in alot of units stats in the .hpi file.

watermultiplier = 0.81

What does it do?

its been awhile but I believe thats the speed multiplier of the unit when it is in water....

if thats not it, then its the waterlevel on the unit.... but I believe its the speed in water

it does egsakly what it means i.e. unit speed x0.81 or it will have 81% of its original speed

a multiplyer of 1 will do nothing and grater than 1 will increas it. a multiplyer cant be negative.
