Noticed the other day when I tried to run 3do builder after a win 10/graphics card update. 3do builder will load up to the textures then crash. After some research, found the problem to be an opengl problem.
In my case: uninstalled graphics driver, restart pc and reinstalled graphic drivers. Fixed the 3do builder problem. I guess one of the updates deleted the opengl. dlls.
